There was a short interview of Mandy in the Parade Magazine of the Fort
Worth Star Telegram today. I don't know whether this Sunday magazine is in
other areas across the country or not. The article is called In Step With
Mandy Patinkin by James Brady. Nice article and new photo--has MP in a
suit coat holding a black cat (yuck-he doesn't look like a cat person). If
this is not a far reaching publication, let me know and I will post the
entire article to the list. Talks about return to CH, Strange Justice
movie and his broadway return in The Wild Party. Also talks about his
concert tour and collection for his 2 charities, as well as his new CD
Kidults and Elmo movie.

Adorable picture of Mandy in today's Parade magazine! Got a laugh out of
Mandy sticking in a video cassette to show James Brady his train layout. 15
minutes watching "trains going round and round" -- gad, he really IS hooked
on them! Also found it interesting that he gets on the Internet in each new
city to find a yoga place in town. Guess he's not as computer illiterate as
he claimed. And how many of us will be checking out the yoga places ahead
of his visits? Hmmm?
Nice suit he's wearing in the picture. At least, I think it's nice. The
cat is kind of in the way. And what brain trust thought up putting him in a
black suit and having him hold a totally black cat? At least I THINK it's a
cat -- it's hard to tell where the suit ends and the cat begins. I notice
the cat is wearing the same snotty look that MY cat flashes me on a regular
basis -- they're probably related!
My favorite thing of all was the credits at the bottom. They actually had a
stylist (was that for the cat?) and someone to do hair and makeup. Excuse
me? I have trouble doing my OWN hair but I could sure as heck do HIS!
(let's see, wash, towel dry, comb back, done!) And why put makeup on him?
I have plenty of pictures of him that prove he doesn't need it. I want to
know where I can go to apply for that job! I'd even do it for free! Heck,
I'd PAY them to let me do it! LOL!!

I don't know if I'm having problems with my server or if I have
been dropped from the list or what, but I haven't received any mail from
Mandy fans for about a week. Can someone check and see if I am still on the
list and I will at the same time check with my server? I tried to send a
message to the subscribe/unsubscribe address the other day and it was
returned. Don't know if any of my mail is getting through. I have received
