Isn't the concert on 11/18 insted of 11/19. I sure
do hope so. Two of my teachers are big Mandy fans,
and they are expecting autogragphs or a pic from a
"Tony and Emmy winner, and the greatest singer and
man on earth".I also am hoping to do an article on
Mandy for the school paper.Not a big one,but it is
an excuse to "inform" the student body of Mandy.
I hope I won't be disapointed too much,but I will
be sheding tears. I have been keeping close tabs
with ticketmaster and tickets.com. I can't wait
to buy Kidults for him to sign. SIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been asked to pose a question to the list. Is there anyone who wants
to purchase the Mandy "Ott" (Over the Top) tee shirts? They are black
shirts with white lettering say Mandy Patinkin, talent that is over the
top. I did this a couple years ago. The cost is now $20.00 per shirt which
does include tax and postage. Overseas orders are of course more for the
postage. I need to have a minimum order of 12. The sizes they come in are
S,M,LG,XL, XXL. Give it some thought and email me at [email protected] if
you are interested. One request, I am getting married this weekend so any
orders I get in Sept. will be put in at the end of the month, so please be

I have no idea what is going on with Dodger - apparently they have
not been on top of letting venues know that Mandy won't be coming.
Schenectady NY on 11/7 and New Brunswick,NJ on 11/19 are still selling

I've heard that all of these will be cancelled, too. However, in light of
the fact that the play now seems to be delayed, perhaps he is waiting to
reschedule until HIS schedule firms up. OR maybe, he has gotten farther down
the path with CH filming and will be able to do these dates after all. The
John Harms date in NJ for 11/20 has been postponed and they said they would
know in October when it will be rebooked. However, without knowing when he
is actually leaving to film CH during that time period, maybe we can hope
that they have been able to keep these dates intact. The State Theater
opened their sales yesterday to the general public and his concert for 11/19
is still on their schedule. Who knows? Maybe, only the 'shadow do'.

My sister works at Proctor's in Schenectady & she said they have been notified
about Mandy not being there in November but it is considered a postponement,
not a cancellation.That is probably why they are still selling tickets. They
seem to think he will be able to reschedule sometime after the first of the
year. Hope they are right!!!

In this way the shirts would cost 30.00, with the extra $10.00 for every
shirt going to PAX. The money I send in would be sent in Mandy's honor from

confirmation of his cancelling the 11/7 date, but it sure sounded like they
knew it was coming.

Maybe, but I wonder if it's more a case of the theatres wanting to get the
ticket sales now - and then bank on most people hanging onto them for the
rescheduled date, than it is a case of Dodger not notifying them. When I
spoke to Staci a few weeks ago, she said the theatres should be notifying
ticket holders of the cancellations soon, so it sounds as if they had been
told. Some venues have said they should have a new date in October, so
maybe they're just trying to avoid "cancelling" until they can simply
"postpone" with a new date all set. Just my thoughts.....
